Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance is the re-release of Shin Megami Tensei V, released worldwide on June 14, 2024. It added a new campaign called Canon of Vengeance (CoV), where a new character, Yoko, changes the course of the history that takes place in the original SMTV.   1. The first recorded run was done by Jonperi23 which showcased his route with Shaggy3311 with a time of 4:10:13
  2. Shaggy3311 beat the previous world record with a time of 3:52:53
  3. On 2024/08/04, Jonperi23 updated the record with a time of 3:50:36
  4. On 2025/08/17, Shaggy3311 achieved a new world record with a time of 3:49:30.
  5. On 2025/08/20, FellVisage achieved a new world record with a time of 3:45:58. This route makes use of the OoB glitch to access the Empyrean early. This time has since been updated to a time of 3:36:00.

  1. The first recorded run was done by ChampionBeef on 2024/06/30 with a time of [4:24:22].
  2. The current world record is held by ChampionBeef with a time of 3:25:21.
Safety
  1. The first recorded run was done by shaggy3311 who later improved his runs which are still standing as the world record with a time of 1:55:12, done on 2024/08/05.
